Refer a Friend. Earn $1,000 Each.

For a limited time, homeowners can receive $1,000 when they refer a friend or family member who purchases a new home, and their referral will also receive $1,000, in one of our participating Edmonton communities.  Residents of the following communities are eligible to participate as referrers:

The Orchards, Paisley, Chappelle Gardens, Edgemont, Desrochers Grove, Lake Summerside, Terwillegar Towne, Parkland, The Terrace at McConachie, & Solstice at McConachie.

Step 1: Refer your Friends or family and visit the show homes

Step 2: Fill out a referral form with a sales representative

Step 3: Complete a new home purchase!

Limit of one referral per home purchase. Applies to single family homes and semi-detached homes only. Community referral form must be fully executed prior to contract firming. Brookfield will not retroactively honor old contracts referral form submissions. Payment ($1,000 each) will be paid to referrer and purchaser by Brookfield Residential (the developer) 30 days after contract firming. Program is not applicable if purchaser is represented by a Realtor. Brookfield Employees and their immediate family are not eligible for the program. Referrer must reside in an active or legacy Brookfield community. Reimbursement is subject to taxable income. Subject to change without notice. Offer valid from June 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026.
